本研究では、物流センターのピッキング業務を対象として、物流現場レベルの作業者個人の生産性を決定する要因について、作業方法や管理方法、さらには作業者意識等から調査し、その関係性を明らかにすることを目的とする。これにより、強い物流現場のメカニズムを解明し、物流現場の生産性を改善するための管理方法や人材育成に関する適切な方策をより説得力を持って示すことが可能となる。
