    食品成分の一つとして広範囲かつ多量に存在するポリアミンに着目し、食品成分が薬物、アレルゲンタンパク等の腸管吸収に影響を与える可能性を探る研究の一環として、ポリアミンによる高分子化合物の腸上皮細胞に対する透過の影響を検討する。
