This paper will report the implication of the SKS Model (Skills, Knowledge and Sociability) on the undergraduates. The focus of this model is on the development of communication skills among the undergraduates. This study involves the Project Based Learning (PBL) theory. SKS Model is developed in line with the career supporting system of the faculty. Part of the model is to imply soft skills (communication skills) into the undergraduates in preparing them for the job market as early as in the beginning of their senior year in the university. Through completing the task, students gain the opportunity to communicate and collaborate with the community from different industries. At the end of the project, the representatives of the team were asked to present the outcomes and their reflections towards completing the project. The Business Oral Communication Rubric is taken as an instrument in measuring their presentations.
